Returns & Exchange

ONLINE BOUTIQUE RETURN GUIDELINES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your saidil purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within seven days of receiving for store credit available for 30 days. Shipping cost is non refundable. 

  • You must ship your Return to saidil within 7 days of receiving date. 
  • Your Return must be in its original condition and may not be altered in any way.
  • You must include the original Packing Slip with your Return. If the original Packing Slip is not available, please download and include with your return package. 

Please ship your return via a traceable shipping method such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. Once we receive your package please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. The refund process takes 7-10 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to your credit card once the process is completed.We’ll email you to confirm that it’s complete. We will apply your credit within 7-10 business days of receipt of your return package. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the credit is applied. 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like one saidil item in place of another, simply return your original purchase by following the above Return Guidelines and place a new order for the item you would like. Note: there are no refunds or exchanges for any special custom order request. If you have any questions regarding custom design requests, please contact us at; contact@saidil.com.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our saidil Client Services within 7 days of receiving date to request a Call Tag. Please include the original Packing Slip or saidil Return Form with your return, and note the specific defect or error.
